To promote the Industry-Institute interaction at the Shiv Shankar Institute of Engineering & Technology, Patti, today (20 Mar 2018), a Technical Session for B.Tech Civil Engineering students with Engineers from Ambuja Cement Pvt. Ltd has been organized in the College Campus. Er. Sachin Chopra (Assistant Manager, Ambuja Cement from Amritsar along with his team visited our Campus for in-depth Technical Seminar on the topic “Cement & New Concrete Technology”. Students of B.Tech Civil 4th and 6th Semester attended the Seminar along with their Faculty members. Following topics were discussed in the Seminar:-
1. Different types of Cements, their properties and manufacturing techniques.
2. Advance Concrete Technologies i.e. SCC.
3. Curing Techniques
